Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party 2024 (sold out)
This after-hours party hosted by Oogie Boogie from “Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas” features rare Disney villains in person.

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party 2024
This after-hours party hosted by Mickey Mouse is a family-friendly event with trick-or-treating and live entertainment.

- New this year: Minnie, Goofy, Donald, and Daisy meet all together in Storybook Circus … one photo with four characters!

We did not notice anything new in this year’s “Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade.” In 2023, the parade expanded its villains unit to include Cruella, Horace, Jasper, Queen of Hearts, and Wonderland cards, and introduced Minnie, Daisy, and Clarabelle in “Hocus Pocus”-inspired costumes.
*You may remember this name and wonder why it’s listed as new. A dance party of the same name was previously held at Oogie Boogie Bash on the west coast. This version is new for Walt Disney World.

- Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit scavenger hunt inside both theme parks (previously only at Downtown Disney; map fee required)

Additionally, the stage show “Mickey’s Trick and Treat” — which was previously exclusively performed during the after-hours Oogie Boogie Bash event — will operate during regular park hours at California Adventure. The show will perform in its usual venue, Disney Theater (typically home to “Disney Junior Dance Party!”).
Disneyland Half-Marathon Weekend (sold out)
Where: Disneyland Resort (Anaheim, Calif.)
When: Sept. 5-8, 2024

Individual events during this new, sold-out runDisney weekend include a 5k, 10k, and a half-marathon. Runners can participate in the Chills & Thrills Challenge by completing all three races. The weekend will also include the Git-R-Done kids race and a yoga class in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle hosted by Goofy. All events are sold out.
