A new Masai giraffe calf was born this week on Kilimanjaro Safaris!

Born that afternoon on the savannah, this little one isn’t so little, standing at 6 feet tall. It’s too early to tell the gender of the calf, but it is already bonding with mom, Mara, and is out for guests to see.

More details on this new bundle of joy will be shared soon. To learn more about the animals at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, visit DisneyWorld.com.
