‘Beyond Amazing’ celebrates sixty years of Spider-Man with exclusive D23 Expo comic book giveaway

D23 Expo is giving away two Amazing Fantasy #1000 comic books to “Marvel Comics: Celebrating 60 Years of the Amazing Spider-Man” panel attendees as part of the “Beyond Amazing” celebration.

The comic books’ covers, which feature a slew of Marvel Super Heroes along with Disney characters, were drawn by Humberto Ramos and colored by Edgar Delgado.

Mickey Mouse kicks off Spider-Man’s 60thanniversary celebration on one of the comic book’s covers by handing the webslinger a cake.

On the second cover, Spider-Man returns the favor by presenting a cake to Mickey and his pals in honor of The Walt Disney Company’s 100th anniversary, coming up in 2023.

The comic books will be distributed to those attending the 2-3 p.m. PT “Marvel Comics: Celebrating 60 Years of the Amazing Spider-Man” discussion panel today, Sept. 10, 2022, while supplies last. The panel will be located at Backlot stage and features Executive Spider-Editor Nick Lowe and Editor-in-Chief C.B. Cebulski.

After the panel discussion, convention-goers can get their comic books signed by Marvel’s Editor-in-Chief C.B. Cebulski, Executive Spider-Editor Nick Lowe, artist Humberto Ramos, and writer Zeb Wells. Signings will take place at Talent Central from 5:30-6:30 p.m. PT on Sept. 10.

Lithographs of Amazing Fantasy #1000 will also be on sale and available for signing.

The panel discussion will be part of the D23 Expo live-stream.
