Busch Gardens Tampa Bay introduces themed party zones and more for Summer Nights event
Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is making summer louder this year with their reimagined Summer Nights event. Featuring three park-wide themed party zones, summer dining, thrilling rides in the dark, summer dining, this event also features a new ice show, “Turn It Up,” at the Moroccan Palace.
This event is included with regular park admission, and runs from June 16 through Aug. 6. Summer Nights will be open in the park until 9 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays, and until 11 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
Summer Nights’ unique party zones are located at Cheetah Hunt Plaza, Stanleyville and Pantopia. Guests are encouraged to dance all night and indulge in the party zone fare. The three zones are:
- ¡Fiesta Fiesta! in Cheetah Hunt Plaza – Guests can immerse themselves in an authentic Latin experience with live entertainment and a delicious menu that includes jerk chicken empanadas, chicharróns, and slow-roasted mojo pork.
- Vibin’ Village in Stanleyville – This party zone will transport guests to Africa with tribal entertainment and an authentic menu with artisan wines and craft beers, tamarind shrimp watermelon cooler, smoked chicken pocket with harissa, and chicken mafi with peanut sauce.
- Luau in Pantopia – With entertainment straight from the islands, this party zone has a Hawaiian-inspired menu that includes Hawaiian barbecue ribs, pineapple cheesecake parfait and hull hull chicken.
Busch Gardens is making it even easier to enjoy all of the Summer Nights cuisine with 8-item Summer Nights sample lanyards, which are modeled after the Food & Wine Festival sampler lanyards. These lanyards can be used throughout Summer Nights locations as well as other dining locations in the park like Garden Gate Cafe and Serengeti Overlook Pub. The lanyards can be purchased for $34.99 each, and Pass Member discounts are available.
All your thrilling Busch Gardens favorites will be open for Summer Nights, so guests can experience the excitement in the dark. The attractions that will be open to guests include Cheetah Hunt, Falcon’s Fury, SheiKra, and Busch Garden’s newest spin coaster, Cobra’s Curse.
The “Turn It Up” ice show at the Moroccan Palace is now open, and celebrates the summer with a setlist of contemporary radio hits. “Turn It Up” is performed daily on the Moroccan Palace Stage.
