Spooktacular kid-friendly Halloween fun is coming to Busch Gardens Tampa Bay’s Festival Walkway, and features trick-or-treating, story time, a costume parade, and more.

Busch Gardens and SeaWorld Orlando are well-known for their seasonal fright-fest, Howl-O-Scream, but this year young guests can enjoy not-too-spooky Halloween fun at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, designed with them in mind.
Enter a whimsical world created by the friendly witch, Kandy, where three new experiences are on offer, along with a trick-or-treat trail.

Spooktacular events:
Kandy’s World – What does it take to become a friendly witch? Hear stories about Kandy’s witch-in-training journey, her love of candy, and the humorous accident she conjured up that turned her friends into toads.
Storytime with Kandy – More story-telling is on the menu in a seasonal setting that includes Kandy’s pumpkin patch and her bubbling cauldron. Guests will hear the story, “Room on the Broom,” that reminds listeners there is always room for everyone to be included.

Spooktacular Costume Parade – Kids are encouraged but not required to dress up in their favorite costume and take their place on the catwalk in a colorful parade of Halloween finery.
Trick-or-Treating returns to the park, this time as part of the Spooktacular. Bring your own bag (or purchase one at the park) and Busch Gardens will supply the treats!

Spooktacular takes place on Saturdays and Sundays from September 10-October 30, 2022, starting at noon each day and ending at 4 p.m. The event is included with park admission.
Busch Gardens’ 2023 Fun Card allows unlimited visits through 2023, and now includes visits for the remainder of 2022.
