Caribe Royale Orlando opens Stadium Club dining and entertainment hub

Caribe Royale Orlando sits two miles from the Walt Disney World arch and is in the midst of a $140 million transformation, including the new Stadium Club, a high-tech, immersive sports and dining destination that blends interactive sports entertainment with reimagined, upscale sports bar fare.

Stadium Club is the latest addition to Caribe Royal Orlando and isn’t your neighborhood bar arcade. Instead, the two-floor, 9,000-square-foot venue strives to emulate the experience of sitting in the club box at your hometown stadium.

“We are thrilled to unveil Stadium Club, a one-of-a-kind addition to Orlando’s world-class attractions, entertainment, and dining,” said Amaury Piedra, Managing Director at Caribe Royale Orlando. “This new venue is not only ideal for hotel visitors and private event groups, but will also appeal to locals. With its versatility, Stadium Club will become the go-to destination for date nights, family outings, friendly get-togethers, and beyond.”

Something For Every Sports Enthusiast

Guests looking to catch the big game will enjoy the 110-foot-long, ribbon display television for 360-degree sports viewing. In addition to the game on the screen, a host serves as the stadium announcer to keep the energy going during commercial breaks with birthday spotlights and “kiss cams.” In the evening, a live DJ takes the place of the host for a post-game party.

Not content to just sit back and watch the game? Fans can take part in the action with Stadium Club’s pro sports simulators offering 12 different games. Drive a golf ball on one of 48 virtual courses, or toss a football in a quarterback challenge. You can even shoot the puck on virtual ice in the slapshot experience. Are traditional sports too boring for you? The simulators also offer classic carnival midway games and a dodgeball game against zombies.

“Top Chef” Dining at Stadium Club

All that play is bound to make you hungry, and “Top Chef” alumni Janine Booth and Jeff McInnis have crafted a menu featuring high-end versions of classic American sports bar favorites.

Highlights include spicy shrimp tacos in crispy malanga taco shells, Key West pink shrimp salad and pickled fresno chilies, soft steamed bao buns with char siu pork belly or seared tofu, and Caribe Royale’s signature candied orange & rosemary bacon.

For the main course, don’t miss the fried chicken & waffles, made with lemon-dusted sweet-tea brined chicken, lil’ waffles, bourbon maple syrup, and honey tabasco sauce.

A variety of pizza selections, wings, salads, burgers, and sandwiches are also offered. Dessert offerings include the Caribe Royale Key Lime Pie Fumble and local ice cream from Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream. Of course, Stadium Club offers a full bar of signature cocktails to compliment the menu.

Caribe Royale Orlando is a AAA Four Diamond all-suite resort with a new grand ballroom added during 2020’s $125 million renovation, The Grove outdoor green space, and eight onsite dining options. In addition to the newly-opened Stadium Club, there’s The Venetian Chop House fine dining Italian restaurant and poolside Latin and Caribbean fare at Calypso’s.
