Celebrate the holidays in ‘island style’ at Margaritaville Resort Orlando

Margaritaville Resort Orlando transforms into an island winter wonderland this holiday season, with entertainment, events, and dining options that will “change your latitude – and your attitude.”

Enjoy the charm of Dickens-inspired Christmas carolers, snap a selfie in front of the signature 13-foot flip flop “blown out on a pop-top” sculpture decorated in a giant Santa hat, take part in family-friendly events and activities, and sit down to a feast worthy of the season as Margaritaville rings in the holidays this November and December.

Nothing adds to the charm of the festive season like the sound of carols, and you’ll find Holiday Carolers performing around the resort and the Promenade at Sunset Walk every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from Nov. 27 – Dec. 26, from 5-9 p.m.

Mischievous Elves also make their way around the resort and the Promenade each Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening, popping into shops, restaurants and other locations to bring a bit of holiday merriment. And where there are elves, Santa can’t be far behind! Visitors will find him at the Promenade, too, on select dates starting Dec. 11.

What would the holidays be without food? The resort’s Euphoria restaurant plays host to three seasonal offerings:

Thanksgiving Day Brunch Buffet will be served from 11:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. on Nov. 26, featuring soups and salads; carved roasted turkey with cranberry sauce and gravy; an omelet station; 10 side dishes including mashed potatoes, stuffing, and green bean almandine; plus a Chef’s display of traditional holiday desserts. The cost is $35.95 per adult, and $14.95 for ages 12 and under.

Christmas Day Brunch is served on Dec. 25 from 11:30 a.m. – 3 p.m., with elegant choices such as lobster bisque, pepper crusted New York striploin and au jus, roasted side of salmon, lemon thyme roasted chicken, honey mustard glazed ham, shrimp cocktail, and a charcuterie display. Indulge in five appetizer selections, three salads, five proteins, and three side dishes. Children have their own kid-friendly items, including a waffle station, chicken fingers, and pasta marinara. The cost is $40 per adult, and $15 for ages 6-12.

Bring in the New Year in style with Margaritaville Resort Orlando’s New Year’s Eve Dinner, a 4-course prix fixe delight that includes a glass of champagne with every meal. Dinner is served from 5-10 p.m. at $65 per person.

A family-style feast prepared by the resort’s chefs will be delivered straight to your door. Meals serve from 5-7 guests.

New seasonal cocktails will also make their debut at Euphoria, including Thanksgiving-themed Spiced Cranberry Margarita, Pumpkin Tini, and Harvest Punch. Try the Christmas-themed Naughty Candy Cane Martini, Mistletoe Old Fashioned, or Reindeer Punch, and celebrate the arrival of 2021 with the New Year’s Sparkler, Citrus Resolution, or the fun Ball Drop.
