Mardi Gras and Carnevale are back at Disney Springs, and to celebrate, a variety of flavors from the streets of New Orleans and the city of Venice are here to jazz you up!
If Carnevale is what you’re after, head to Maria and Enzo’s now through Feb. 29. Every night from 5-10 p.m., the restaurant transforms into a festival atmosphere packed with live entertainment like musicians, balloon artists, and mask painters.
The Carnevale menu is back with Sicilian delicacies like antipasti, salads, soups, pasta, entrees and even limited-time drink specials. Reservations are recommended and can be made online or by calling (407) 560-8466.
Over at Disney Springs West Side, House of Blues Restaurant and Bar is gearing up to celebrate Fat Saturdays this month with authentic New Orleans-style food and tunes. The party will begin in the courtyard on Feb. 15 and 22 from 5-9 p.m., with food and drink specials alongside live music from the Brown Bag Brass Band. Returning favorites on the menu include the Bread Bowl Gumbo, Jambalaya, and Bread Pudding at the Smokehouse outside.
For those with a sweet tooth, head to Sprinkles Cupcakes for the new Bananas Foster Cupcake filled with caramelized banana-infused rum sauce and topped with vanilla buttercream frosting and Mardi Gras-themed sprinkles. This cupcake will only be available from Feb. 17 – March 1.
Vivoli il Gelato is where you’ll find the King Shake, made with cake gelato spun with milk, a waffle cone, a cinnamon roll, and topped with whipped cream.
