Chewy debuts magical new Disney Collection for your furry friends
Your home décor is Disney, your wardrobe is Disney, and now your dog or cat can show their Disney side, too, with a slew of new items from Chewy featuring favorite characters and motifs from Disney, Marvel, Pixar and Star Wars.
Chewy, one of the nation’s largest online pet retailers, has added more than 400 new items to their Disney collection of toys and accessories for dogs and cats. Here are some of the standouts.
When your furry friend needs to put their best foot forward, the Mickey necktie and starched collar adds that touch of sophistication to any occasion. Available in adjustable sizes X-Small/Small and Medium/Large.
From Deadpool and Nightmare Before Christmas to favorite characters and themes, there are 65 different collars and Buckle-Down collars (snap-together) to choose from, with 32 of them new to the collection. Sizes range from Small to Wide Large.
A swanky new collar deserves a matching leash, and Chewy now has 10 new styles, from delicate pink Minnie Floral or colorful Disney Princesses to trickster Loki and the Marvel logo.
Some of the most adorable new items are the plush toys, with choices as varied as BB-8, Toy Story characters, Flounder from Little Mermaid, and classic Disney friends. Few things are cuter than a dog wearing a neckerchief, and 2 new reversable bandanas have joined the Disney lineup. Choose from Mickey and Minnie’s “Sweet As Can Be” or The Child’s “Cutest Bounty In The Galaxy.”
Other new apparel joining the collection are:
- Two dog and cat dresses, in a Hawaiian theme or Cinderella Satin
- Four new T-shirts featuring Classic Mickey, The Child, Darth Vader, and the Marvel logo
- Toy Story character jersey pajamas
- Flounder print dog and cat raincoats
Cats can’t resist catnip, so why not serve it up with a bit of Disney flair? Chewy has added seven wand-style “teasers” (with dangling Star Wars, Mickey, Monsters Inc., Iron Man, Minnie bows, Mickey hand and shoe, and Buzz Lightyear catnip plush tips) plus three catnip plush toys (Mickey and Friends, Easter Egg Mickey and Friends, and Stormtroopers).
The ultimate in Mandalorian fandom for pets has to be the new The Child covered cat and dog bed with removable padding. Unlike Grogu, this one is safely machine washable.
