Citrus Line Railroad is chugging along again at Cypress Gardens

The Citrus Line Railroad, a small scale train that guests can ride at Cypress Gardens, is now choo-chooing along its newly laid track.

The track encompasses both Paradise Pier and Adventure Groove and a new portion of the track allows the cars to pass under the famous Starliner coaster twice. There are two stations that allow passengers to get off and on, which are named Pope and Flagler Station. Pope Station can be found near the roller coaster Okeechobee Rampage while Flagler Station is near the Splash Island Water Park entrance.

Opening in 2004, the Citrus Line Railroad’s track was dismantled when the Starliner roller coaster was assembled in 2007. The train holds approximately 40 passengers and takes about five minutes to complete a full circuit.
