VIDEO: First look at ride vehicles for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind

Disney has shared a first look at the ride vehicles for the upcoming Epcot attraction, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind.

In a new video from Walt Disney Imagineering, you can see the “Omni-Coaster” vehicles in greater detail, as well as a demonstration of how they will rotate to keep riders’ eyes on the action to keep the story immersive.

With Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind the adventure begins in the “Galaxarium,” a planetarium-like exhibition that explores the formation of Earth’s galaxy and Xandar. Guests will learn more about Xandar and what it has to offer – that is, until the moment when the Guardians show up, and adventures across the cosmos ensue.

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind will open in time for Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary in 2021. Stay tuned for more updates on this new attraction as we receive them.
