Courtyard Lake Buena Vista completes multi-million-dollar renovation
Courtyard by Marriott Lake Buena Vista at Vista Centre in the heart of Orlando’s attractions area has completed a $9 million redevelopment, including redesigned guest rooms, restaurants, and pools.
“We are thrilled to announce the completion of our extensive $9 million full redevelopment,” said Vineet Nayyar, COO Owned Division, for GF Hotels & Resorts (the company that owns and manages the Courtyard by Marriott Lake Buena Vista). “We are confident the extensive renovation we have completed, along with the implementation of our proven management systems, will elevate this hotel to a leader in the market.”
The extensive modernization of the 308-room property included converting all guest room sleeping configurations from two double beds to two queen beds, adding luxurious tile and glass-enclosed showers, and upgrading in-room amenities like mini-refrigerators, coffee makers, complimentary Wi-Fi, and 55-inch flat-panel televisions that offer Roku streaming entertainment.
The hotel’s open-air lobby, bar, and restaurant were refreshed, including The Oasis Patio & Lounge for all-day dining and a new quick-service coffee bar featuring Starbucks coffees, teas, and frozen blended beverages. Plus, the 24-hour on-site Crate Market features breakfast, lunch, and dinner grab-and-go items, as well as snacks and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
The hotel’s exterior and its 13 acres of landscaped grounds were also reimagined with new lighting, two redesigned outdoor heated swimming pools with poolside cabanas, and a new children’s splash pad featuring a 20-foot-high waterslide at the beach-entry pool.

Courtyard by Marriott Lake Buena Vista, a Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel, offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the Walt Disney World Resort transportation center. The hotel is also located close to Universal Orlando Resort and SeaWorld Orlando.
