Crayola Experience attraction in Orlando is offering its Screamin’ Green Hauntoween event all this month, with all-new creative fun and activities for families with young children.
The Experience, located at Orlando’s extensive Florida Mall, features an array of hands-on games, crafts, and drawing challenges based on the immensely colorful world of Crayola crayons, and adds even more excitement for the Halloween season.
Screamin’ Green Hauntoween aims to “wrap families in a web of frightfully creative fun” throughout October, to keep kids spellbound as they discover rare Halloween colors on a journey guided by monster-ific crayon characters.
Along the way, they will experience the chance to:
- Visit with a 3-D Bride of Frankenstein as she waits for her witchy make-up artist.
- Creep through a spooky forest and cross a rickety bridge to find a timberwolf.
- Take a photo with a pumpkin-loving zombie and a world renowned aromatherapist vampire.
- Jump into color wormholes with a galactic mining skeleton.
- And visit an ancient Egyptian tomb with a talking Pharoah head and his mummy.
Plus, children will be able to sink their teeth into crafting a witch’s castle, star in their own spooky coloring page, enjoy trick-or-treating at four special treat stations on weekends, feast on Halloween snacks and beverages, decorate festive pumpkins, and, for an additional fee, make ooey-gooey Crayola slime.
All the new Screamin’ Green Hauntoween attractions have been added until October 31 and are available along with the regular 28 interactive activities that are on offer year-round.
Visitors are encouraged to wear their best and most colorful Halloween costumes (although no costume masks are allowed).
The Crayola Experience is located on the east wing of the Florida Mall at 8001 S. Orange Blossom Trail, in Orlando. Hours are 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Wednesday – Friday, and 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday (closed Monday and Tuesday). See CrayolaExperience.com for more information.
