D23 Gold Members can celebrate ‘The Last Jedi’ with evening on studio lot
D23 Gold Members have the chance to celebrate “Star Wars: The Last Jedi” on opening day with an exclusive, members-only experience on The Walt Disney Studios lot on Friday, Dec. 15.
This experience includes a three-course meal with wine, beer and a signature cocktail inside a private “Star Wars”-themed room in the Buena Vista Commissary, dessert reception, a “Star Wars” character experience, and a D23-exclusive gift, all alongside a screening of the new film in the Frank G. Wells screening room.
In addition to all those festivities, Super Delicious, the producers of “Cupcake Wars” and “Halloween Wars” will be on site filming the delivery and reveal of a custom-made cake designed specifically for this special event.
The event will begin at 6 p.m. at The Walt Disney Studios, and will run until 11 p.m. Guests may begin to arrive on the lot starting at 5:30 p.m., and can enter the event space at 6 p.m.
This force-filled evening is open to Gold and Gold Family Members of D23: The Official Disney Fan Club, and members will be required to show their photo ID and D23 Membership Card to enter.
Tickets are extremely limited, and go on sale Wednesday, Nov. 29 at 10 a.m. PT, 1 p.m. EST. Gold and Gold Family Members can reserve one ticket for themselves and one ticket for a guest. However, guests must be age 21 or older due to the nature of this event. You can find the link here when the sale goes live.
