Daisy Duck now doing Character Sightings at Epcot’s World Discovery
Entertainment offerings continue to grow substantially at Walt Disney World. More character sightings have been seen at the parks. Recently, Minnie Mouse and Mexico Donald have become regular character offerings at Epcot’s World Showcase. Now, it seems that Daisy has her own area as well, right next to the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind roller coaster.
Daisy Duck hasn’t been seen at Epcot as often recently in comparison to the rest of the VIP Disney characters. But, fans of her sass and fashion sense can search her out in World Discovery. She is located right next to the entrance for the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind roller coaster.
Amid Epcot’s continual construction and changes, Daisy’s new spot seems more temporary than other locations. Nevertheless, you can find Daisy, for now, at the yellow marked area.
As with all other character offerings at Walt Disney World, hugs, high-fives and general contact have not returned. The six-feet rule still applies. There is a low-lying fence, seen above, that won’t affect most photos. Unlike with the Disney Pals near Epcot’s entrance, Daisy does not yet have a listed location on the My Disney Experience app.
Another new entertainment offering is available now at the Magic Kingdom. The Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade features characters from all types of Disney films, like Disney Pixar with “Coco,” “The Incredibles” and “Toy Story” or Disney Princesses like Moana, Pocahontas and Merida.
Head to Epcot to see Daisy, Mexico Donald, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Mickey, Anna, Elsa, Belle, Aurora, Mary Poppins, and many more. Who would you go to meet first?
