After about a month and a half of work, the former Sorcerer’s Hat icon at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is no more.
The dismantling began on Jan. 7 with walls going up around the structure. By Feb. 25, all the pieces were down. There’s no word on what will be done to the area where the hat once stood. The Sorcerer’s Hat first debuted in Sept. 2001 as part of the 100 Years of Magic event.
