Disney and TikTok partner to celebrate 100 years of Disney

Beginning Oct. 16, 2023 – The Walt Disney Company’s official 100th anniversary – Disney and TikTok will partner for an interactive hub “where stories, magic, and memories come together.”

In a first-of-its-kind destination within TikTok, Disney are invited to watch videos from across Disney’s brands, create their own videos with Disney music and effects, play daily Disney trivia, and collect and trade “Character Cards” to win unique profile frames.

More than 48 Disney handles will participate in the four-week global activation, highlighting content from Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, Marvel, ESPN, National Geographic, Disney Parks, and more. In addition, TikTok is curating a special Disney100 Playlist featuring popular songs from Disney movies, including “Cinderella,” “The Lion King,” “Toy Story,” and “High School Musical” plus the upcoming animated musical “Wish.”
