Disney invests in cast members’ futures with new education program, Disney Aspire
Disney has taken a new effort to invest in their cast members’ futures with a new education investment program, called Disney Aspire.

Disney Aspire features 100 percent paid tuition towards hourly cast members’ education. The program is set to launch on Aug. 28 for eligible U.S.-based hourly full-time and part-time Disney cast members and employees.
With an initial investment of $50 million and up to $25 million annually, Disney will pay for tuition up front, including courses that are unrelated to cast members’ current roles, making it easier for them to take the first step toward a better future. The cost of textbooks and other related program fees are reimbursable by Disney.
The company will also offer coaching support from application to enrollment, through every step to graduation – which is a valuable resource for first-generation students. The program will also give cast the chance to enroll in a variety of online courses across multiple schools.
