Disney Movie Rewards announces new name and app

During D23 Expo 2019, Disney Movie Rewards has announced a name change and new app for its users, called “Disney Movie Insiders.”

Originally launched in 2006, Disney Movie Rewards has given fans rewards and unique experiences like touring The Walt Disney Studios Lot and Walt Disney’s office. The name change to Disney Movie Insiders will continue the program’s goal of offering personalized and engaging experiences to members.

On Sept. 26, the program will make the change over to Disney Movie Insiders and launch the new mobile app. Through the app, members will be able to watch trailers and content about upcoming films, buy movie tickets, have more ways to earn and redeem their points, get access to special perks and sweepstakes, and play interactive experiences.
