‘Disney The Tale of Moana’ will debut on the Disney Treasure
Disney Cruise Line has announced a brand-new original Broadway-style production – “Disney The Tale of Moana” – will debut exclusively on the Disney Treasure.
The new show will join “Beauty and the Beast” and “Disney Seas the Adventure” at the Walt Disney Theatre when Disney’s newest ship sets sail in December 2024.

Inspired by the Walt Disney Animation Studios film, “Disney The Tale of Moana” will bring the journey of Moana to center stage for the first time, following Moana on her quest to restore the heart of Te Fiti and save her island. Fans will recognize favorite songs from the film’s soundtrack, plus beloved characters like Gramma Tala, Maui, and the greedy coconut crab Tamatoa.
Disney Cruise Line casting directors will be auditioning performers for “Disney The Tale of Moana” soon. Those interested can find more information on DisneyAuditions.com.
