Since 2004, both parks at Disneyland Paris Resort have been awarded the “Tourism and Disability” designation for French accessibility standards for hearing, mental, motor, and visual disabilities. In recent years, the resort has continued to partner with accessibility experts to provide “a MagicALL experience for all.”

Following the launch of the AudioSpot mobile application and in-park installations last summer to provide audio description information to visually-impaired and blind guests, the new Virtuoz tablet uses interchangeable 3D maps along with descriptive audio to help guests find their way around both parks, including all themed lands and some restaurants. The free service is available at City Hall and Studio Services upon request (no reservation required).

Other services available for Disneyland Paris guests with disabilities include audio descriptions of attractions, restaurants, and certain shows; interpretation in French sign language for select shows; accessibility guides and maps; and priority access cards. In addition, guide and assistance dogs are allowed on 40 attractions and shows across the resort.

More information can be found on the dedicated accessibility page of the Disneyland Paris website.
