Guest uses winning Disneyland ticket from 1985 to enter 34 years later
A Canadian guest who won a ticket to Disneyland park in 1985 finally cashed in her prize, 34 years later!
Tamia Richardson, of Edington, Alberta Canada, last visited the park when she was 14 years old and the park was celebrating its 30th anniversary. As part of the festivities, Disneyland offered the Giftgiver Extraordinaire, which gave out prizes to every 30th guest to the park.
Richardson was one of those 30th guests, and won a pass to use for a return visit. She held onto her prize until this past week to use it for admission to Disneyland. Richardson spent her winning day with her two daughters, Mia and Maren. They spent their evening watching the Main Street Electrical Parade, just as Richardson did years ago.
