The Drunken Clam from ‘Family Guy’ opens pop-up bar in Dallas
The favorite local bar from “Family Guy,” The Drunken Clam, has taken over the Dallas favorite The Whippersnapper as a 30-day pop-up bar.

The remodeled bar, located at 1806 McMillan Ave. in Dallas, Texas, opened this past Friday, Jan. 4, at 6 p.m.
The Dallas-based company This & That Concepts are the creative minds behind the pop-up, and have crafted a nearly identical exterior façade and interior look to that of the bar from the show. This & That also created a 30-day lineup of specialty drinks and several surprises for the bar that “Family Guy” fans will surely appreciate.
“We have some exciting plans for The Whip moving forward, but we thought we’d have a little fun first by bringing The Drunken Clam to Dallas,” said Brandon Hays, This & That co-owner. “Whether you’re a fan of the show or not, we think you’ll enjoy dropping by and checking out the pop-up bar along with drink specials, photo opportunities and more!”
The Drunken Clam is planned to host a 30-day run through Feb. 2, after which the bar will close and be remodeled for The Whippersnapper’s 3rd anniversary.
Fans of “Family Guy” can check out The Drunken Clam pop-up bar Wednesdays-Saturdays from 6 p.m. – 2 a.m. all month long.
