Duffy and Friends 3K race returning to Hong Kong Disneyland
Hong Kong Disneyland 10K Weekend will return with races themed to Duffy and Friends, Pixar, “Frozen,” and more.
Hong Kong Disneyland 10K Weekend 2024
Hong Kong Disneyland 10K Weekend will take place Nov. 2-3, 2024 at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort in China.
This year’s roster includes:
- Marvel Super Heroes 10K
- Pixar Pals 5K
- Duffy and Friends 3K
- New: Frozen Explorers 3K
- Mickey and Friends Kids Races
Disney-inspired cosplay, bounding, and accessorizing (all adorned safely, of course) are welcome and encouraged. Favorite Disney characters themed to each event will cheer on runners along the course. Participants will receive a medal (see below), t-shirt, and sports wristband.
Disney has not yet announced a registration timeline for Hong Kong Disneyland 10K Weekend 2024 as of this writing.

Run Through Arendelle
The Frozen Explorers 3K joins this year’s roster to mark a special occasion, as the race will be Hong Kong Disneyland’s first running event to chart a course through World of Frozen. Elsa, Anna, and the citizens of Arendelle will be on hand for moral support.
The World of Frozen expansion of the park opened last year, complete with the Frozen Ever After boat ride, the Wandering Oaken’s Sliding Sleighs kiddie coaster, and the Playhouse in the Woods character experience.
Duffy and Friends Play Days
Looking shorter-term than November, guests visiting Hong Kong Disneyland now through June 10, 2024 can take part in Duffy and Friends Play Days. The fan-focused celebration features limited-time character greetings, merchandise, and even a Duffy floral arrangement welcoming guests to the park.
