Elitch Gardens announces first-ever holiday event ‘Luminova Holidays’ coming this winter
An all-new holiday experience is making its way to downtown Denver, Colo. This winter, “Luminova Holidays” debuts at Elitch Gardens.
Beginning Friday, Nov. 26, 2021 and running on select nights through Sunday, Jan. 2, 2022, “Luminova Holidays” is the first-of-its-kind holiday event at Elitch Gardens. The celebration will feature over 3 million dazzling lights on display across the theme park. Additionally, guests can enjoy a 65-foot Christmas tree, a 25-foot snowman, a candy cane tunnel as well as holiday train rides.
Luminova Holidays will also feature:
- Santa Claus and his elves
- Rides on a limited number of Elitch Gardens attractions
- Ornaments and presents scaling over 16 feet tall
- 300 ft. x 70 ft wall of lights
- Interactive activities such as light-up hopscotch
- Strolling holiday entertainers
- Festive photo opportunities

Elitch Gardens is Colorado’s only combination theme and water park, with attractions ranging from intense water slides to speedy roller coasters. Luminova Holidays is brought to Denver by Another Bright Idea, Inc.
Early bird tickets are available for a limited time, at $19.99 per person. Full price tickets will cost $34.99 per person. The event will run from 5-10 p.m. every night. Reservations, which are required in addition to tickets, can be obtained here.
