Evermore Resort near Walt Disney World opens on New Year’s Day
Opening on Jan. 1, 2024, Evermore Resort, located next to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Fla., will be a vacation rental community of homes with hotel-quality standards, a tropical beach complex, a spa, golf course, restaurants, bars, and more.
The goal of Evermore Resort is to give their guests “the best of both worlds” by combining the best parts of renting an entire home with the best parts of staying at a luxury resort, allowing guests can enjoy their vacation to its fullest knowing everything is taken care of.
The newly built 1,100-acre resort was developed by Dart interests and is a major redevelopment of the Villas of Grand Cypress Golf Resort.
“After five years of meticulous planning and building, we are thrilled to open Evermore Orlando Resort,” says Christopher Kelsey, president, Dart Interests. “We’re proud to have created Orlando’s first beach paradise designed intentionally for groups, friends, and families to effortlessly vacation together.”
Evermore Resort is located right next to the Walt Disney World Resort and close to the Universal Orlando Resort and the Orlando International Airport.
Evermore Resort Features Houses and Hotel Rooms
Throughout the community there will be a total 69 flats, villas, or houses ranging in sizes from five to 11 bedrooms.
Anchored to the resort will be Conrad Orlando (Orlando’s first Conrad Hotel). Part of the Hilton hotel brand, the new Conrad Orlando will feature 433 contemporary-styled guest rooms, including 51 suites and 10 family suites.

Amenities at Evermore Resort
Between Evermore and Conrad Orlando, guests will find a variety of amenities to choose from for those days where they need to take a break from the theme parks. Some of the amenities include a 20-acre tropical beach complex; an 8-acre crystalline water amenity by Crystal Lagoons; 15 restaurants, bars, and food markets; two 18-hole Jack Nicklaus designed golf courses; and the Conrad spa and water garden.
Guests who love to maintain their exercise schedules while on vacation will be happy to find a Peloton studio, in-home fitness, and daily fitness classes.
