First look at Avengers Campus merchandise coming this summer
When you visit Avengers Campus this summer at Disney California Adventure, you’ll want to dress and feel like the part — and that means picking up plenty of merchandise!
When looking for merchandise to commemorate your trip, your first stop should be at WEB Suppliers. Located across from the WEB building, where Web Slingers: A Spider-Man Adventure is housed, this shop offers headwear, drinkware, patches, pins, and more.
WEB Suppliers is also home to a version of the Spider-Bots featured in Web Slingers, but instead of wreaking havoc, these guys make friendly sidekicks.
Each Spider-Bot is powered by remote control and has eight articulated legs that move backward and forward. There are also tactical upgrades available for purchase that allow guests to customize their Spider-Bot in the style of their favorite Super Heroes, like Black Panther, Iron Man, Black Widow, and Ant-Man and The Wasp.
“The team at WEB is very inspired by those Super Heroes they see training over at the campus,” said Brad Schoeneberg, director of Merchandise Strategy & New Park Experience Development at Disney Global Product Creation. “They’ve developed these tactical upgrades that change not only the overall appearance of the Spider-Bot but also enhance the Spider-Bot’s capabilities.”
Other items offered at WEB Suppliers include Spider-Man light goggles with 17 unique expressions, a Spider-Man action figure that interacts with mini Spider-Bots, web-shooters with lights and sounds, a kit that allows fans to make their own webs at home, and Parks-exclusive Funko Pop! vinyl figures of Spider-Man and Iron Man.
For those dreaming to become Web inventors themselves, WEB Suppliers offers a STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math)-inspired kit where guests can create their own “Gamma Goo” and more.
