First Look! Universal Orlando Summer Tribute Store celebrates E.T., Jaws, Shrek, and more
The new limited-time Summer Tribute Store opens on May 24, 2024, featuring favorite characters and moments from “Ghostbusters,” “Back to the Future,” “E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial,” “Jaws,” and “Shrek.”
The Summer Tribute Store in the Hollywood area of Universal Studios Florida transports guests to “The Tribute Store Plaza,” a 1980s-era shopping mall with three highly immersive “stores” – the nostalgic Mega Video Rental video store, a retro Mega Castle Arcade, and the majestic Tribute Theatre – showcasing some of the iconic stories featured in the park’s upcoming Universal Mega Movie Parade and CineSational: A Symphonic Spectacular.
In addition to shopping for special merchandise, including a new “Shrek” collection, an “E.T.” outdoors-inspired line, and nautical “Jaws” merchandise, guests will also discover unique photo ops and, of course, dozens of Easter Eggs inspired by each of the films.
Summer Tribute Store: Mega Video Rental
Be on the lookout for Easter Eggs on the shelves (including horror titles that pay tribute to Halloween Horror Nights haunted houses).
Summer Tribute Store: Mega Castle Arcade
The arcade cabinets reference Gerg the Llama, Earl, and Halloween Horror Nights’ Universal Monsters and Dueling Dragons and hold retail items below the screens.

Each wall represents a classic movie.
The most impressive set piece is a tribute to “Ghostbusters” in the final room.
Themed Treats
Universal Orlando’s Tribute Stores are also known for their highly-themed treats and this one is no exception.
And don’t miss this Earl the Squirrel Easter Egg by the exit.
Later this summer, the Tribute Store will also sell the all-new interactive bubble wands inspired by “Trolls,” “Minions,” and “Jurassic World” that interact with the floats in the Universal Mega Movie Parade, which debuts on July 3, 2024.
