New food, 60-day advance reservations coming to Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland

Start Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is getting even more delicious at the Disneyland Resort. The land is getting a few new menu items in Black Spire Outpost, as well as the addition of advance reservations for select experiences.

Starting Oct. 21, guests can make reservations up to 60 days in advance for Oga’s Cantina, Savi’s Workshop and Droid Depot. You can book your reservation now on the Disneyland app or the Disneyland Resort website.

As for the food, a handful of new offerings will make their debut on Oct. 16:

Over at Oga’s Cantina, a new charcuterie plate called the Happabore Sampler will feature a selection of cured meats, artisan cheeses, pickled and preserved rations, and crackers.

At Docking Bay 7 Food & Cargo, young travelers can try the new Garden Patty Bun, a kid’s meal featuring a bao bun, roasted carrots, house sauce, and an orange.

If you’re looking for more plant-based options, you’ve come to the right place! Ronto Roasters will soon be offering a new Ronto-Less Garden Wrap, featuring plant-based sausage, spicy kimchi slaw, sweet pickled cucumber, and Gochujang spread wrapped in pita. Also new for the Ronto Roasters menu is Kyryll Pork Rinds with cinnamon sugar, served in an MSE-6 Series Repair Droid souvenir vessel.

Next door at Kat Saka’s Kettle, guests will be able to snack on chocolate popcorn with Crait Red Salt.

All five of these new menu items are exclusive to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland Resort, and will be available starting Oct. 16.
