Give Kids The World announces Coasting for Kids 2023 fundraiser
Love kids? Love coasters? Then, the Coasting for Kids 2023 fundraiser for Give Kids The World Village is the event for you!
Each year theme parks around the country host roller coaster enthusiasts to raise money for Give Kids The World Village – the nonprofit resort in Kissimmee, Fla. that hosts critically ill children and their families who have the wish to visit Central Florida’s popular theme parks and attractions.
Like many nonprofit organizations, Give Kids The World is still recovering financially from the setback resulting from the COVID pandemic. Coasting for Kids 2023 is one way theme park fans can give them a hand while enjoying some of our favorite parks and attractions.
Registration is now open for Coasting for Kids 2023, and currently, nine parks around the country are hosting the fundraising event including:
- Adventureland Resort in Iowa
- Busch Gardens in Virginia
- Carowinds in South Carolina
- Dollywood in Tennessee
- Kennywood in Pennsylvania
- Knoebels in Pennsylvania
- Lake Compounce in Connecticut
- Splish Splash in New York
- Story Land in New Hampshire
Participants who raise a minimum of $100 each for Give Kids The World will enjoy complimentary admission to the park the day of the event, plus special perks like exclusive ride time, a welcome meal, and a Coasting for Kids t-shirt.
