Celebrate the holidays at Graceland with Scotty McCreery and Hallmark Channel

Elvis Presley’s Graceland will kick off the holiday season this November when country music stars Scotty McCreery and Marty Stewart flip the switch on the holiday lights and decorations that will illuminate Elvis’ iconic home.

Celebrate the holidays at Elvis Presley’s Graceland.

The holiday display includes hundreds of blue lights along the driveway, a life-size Nativity scene, Santa Claus and his sleigh, and more – all originally put on display at Graceland by Elvis and the Presleys.

After the tree lighting, guests can enjoy a special musical performance by McCreery, as well as a magical snowfall.

Following the tree lighting and performance, Hallmark Channel’s “Christmas At Graceland” will host its world premiere on the Soundstage at Elvis Presley’s Memphis.

The new holiday film, shot on location at the historic home, stars Daytime Emmy Award nominee and “American Idol” alumna Kellie Pickler (“Pickler & Ben”) and Wes Brown (“True Blood”). Director Eric Close and Brown will attend both the Lighting Ceremony and the premiere to help debut their new film.

In “Christmas At Graceland,” Laurel (Pickler) is a Chicago-based executive who travels to Memphis to secure one of the city’s oldest family-owned banks. While in town, Laurel reunites with an old love, Clay, a local music promoter who dreams for more.

Despite trying to keep her eyes on the prize, Laurel is reminded of the days when she and Clay were a musical duo on the brink of stardom. Will her focus shift back toward the music? Find out when the new movie airs during Hallmark Channel’s Countdown to Christmas on Nov. 17.

The Lighting Ceremony will be held on Nov. 15 at 6 p.m. and is free and open to the public. The movie premiere is a by-invitation, ticketed event. However, complimentary tickets will be available at the door, based on availability. Reserved seating will also be available for guests who purchase tickets to the Graceland attraction on Nov. 15, prior to Nov. 2.

Guests can enjoy seasonal holiday tours of the interior of the mansion, featuring the Presley’s personal holiday décor through Jan. 8.
