The new wood and steel hybrid manufactured by Manufactured by Rocky Mountain Construction (RMC) is set to debut 100 years after the first Wildcat ride debuted at the park and will feature a renovated coaster station with nods to the original 1923 station, an all-new 3,510-foot steel track added to the existing wooden framework, and black Wildcat’s Revenge ride vehicle with fully-dimensional wildcat heads clawing their way through the front.

“Based on our guest feedback, we knew coaster fans would love a hybrid at Hersheypark, and we’re thrilled to work with RMC on a custom wood and steel coaster with a nod to our history,” said Hersheypark General Manager of Attractions Vikki Hultquist. “Wildcat’s Revenge features the very best of RMC’s signature thrills, including four inversions with the World’s Largest Underflip, Inverted Stall, Zero-G Roll, and Reversing Downhill Roll.”

Wildcat’s Revenge Stats

  • Length: Two-minutes and 36-seconds
  • Climb: 140 feet
  • Drop: 82 degrees
  • Speed: 62 miles per hour
  • Inversions: Four (including the World’s Largest Underflip, an inversion that begins with an upward climb, followed by a counterclockwise 270° roll and a dive down towards the side)

Wildcat’s Revenge will be open at Hersheypark for all four seasons (weather permitting). Click here for more information.
