Holiday happenings at Busch Gardens

Busch Gardens Tampa will feature strolling carolers and Christmas characters, festive decorations and classic holiday music this season.

Christmas on Ice
Stanleyville Theater is transformed into winter wonderland, complete with ice, snow-capped evergreens, holiday music and world-class skating. The limited-engagement ice show has daily performances (excluding Thursday) through Jan. 4.

Christmas from the Heart
The Marrakesh Theater decks the halls with Christmas from the Heart, featuring holiday gospel and spiritual songs performed by a live choir. Now through Jan. 4.

Christmas Celebration
The Desert Grill holds a musical featuring seasonal songs, tap-dancing toy soldiers and fun for the whole family. There’s even a special visit from Santa and his elves. Now through Jan. 4.

New Year’s Eve Celebration
Busch Gardens will give the New Year a wild welcome with fireworks filling the sky Dec. 27 to 30. Then on the 31st, ring in the new year live music by Funhouse in Gwazi Park, special performances by Kevin Johnson, and a fireworks finale at midnight.

Kevin Johnson
Ventriloquist Kevin Johnson and his Fine Feathered Friends, Clyde and Matilda, an outspoken buzzard and shyer cockatoo will give performances daily, Dec. 31 through Jan. 4.
