The Holy Land Experience is celebrating the faith-filled season this winter.

Starting Nov. 20, the faith-and-family theme park will offer all-new and original Christmas productions that reinforce the message of faith at the heart of the holiday.

“Christmas has always been a special time here at Holy Land Experience,” said Mike Everett, manager of the park. “And once again this season we’ve pulled out all the stops to offer an unforgettable holiday experience to our friends and guests. This year our creative team and talented actors have combined some inspiring stories with rich costumes, settings, and awesome music to bring an unforgettable celebration of the glory and life-changing spirit of this wondrous season.”

A brand-new Broadway-style theatrical production, “Heart of Christmas,” will make its debut this winter in the park’s 1,500-seat auditorium. “Heart of Christmas” will take guests on a journey back through history to experience the joy of Christmas from past generations.

Guests can also enjoy the interactive Christmas-themed productions throughout the park, including the angel Gabriel’s encounter with Mary, the mother of Jesus, and her visit with cousin Elizabeth; as well as Mary and Joseph’s journey to Bethlehem and the stable where Jesus was born.

In addition, visitors can explore many of the park’s other interactive exhibits, including:

  • The Wilderness Tabernacle, the heart of worship for the children of Israel after their exodus from Egypt
  • The Great Temple, a representation of the Jewish holy place that once stood on Mount Moriah in First Century Jerusalem
  • The Scriptorium, a combination museum, library, and research center that holds a collection of priceless manuscripts, scrolls, biblical antiquities, and artifacts

There’s also the Smile of a Child Adventure Land, where younger guests can enjoy rock-climbing walls, play a round of mini-gold featuring Bible characters, and enjoy a Bible story.

“We want to personally invite you to join us for a special Christmas celebration here at Holy Land Experience,” said Mr. Everett. “Every member of our team is committed to help fill the hearts of our guests with the warmth and wonder of this holiday season. We look forward to welcoming friends and families from all over the world to share the joy and spirit of Christmas this year.”
