Kentucky Kingdom introducing new ‘HalloScream’ event this October

A new Halloween event is coming to Kentucky Kingdom every Friday, Saturday and Sunday night this October.

This event will run from 6 p.m. to midnight on the weekends, with both scary and not-so-scary offerings available. The park’s thrill rides will operate until 10 p.m. each night, offering a unique nighttime ride experience for guests. There will also be new food and beverage items available to celebrate the spooky season.

The children’s area of the park, King Louie’s Playland, will be open each night from 6-9 p.m., offering rides, Halloween treats, and photo-ops with fun Halloween characters.

For those looking for a good scare, “HalloScream – Kingdom of Fear” will come to life as night falls on the park. An entire section of the park will be devoted to this offering, with two haunted houses filled with evil clowns and zombies, themed bars, and retail experiences. At 9 p.m. each night, a voodoo-inspired “Mardi gRAVE” dance party will be held in the HalloScream area, featuring a demonic DJ spinning tunes to wake the dead!

All Kentucky Kingdom attractions are included in the price of admission, including a 12-minute ‘fear fest’ of the scariest scenes from the “Friday the 13th” films, which will be screened in the park’s 5D Cinema.
