Krampus & Kin now at Universal Horror Unleashed in Las Vegas for holiday season
“Krampus & Kin” debuted at Universal Horror Unleashed in Las Vegas for the year-round haunt’s inaugural holiday season.

“Krampus & Kin” is not a haunted house; it’s a series of activations taking place on operating dates from Nov. 15, 2025 – Jan. 3, 2026 (Horror Unleashed is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, plus on Christmas Day, a Thursday).

Guests can experience the holiday-season haunts Krampus, Grýla, and the Kallikantzaroi at Universal Horror Unleashed with:
- photo ops
- with Krampus on his throne
- in Grýla’s cauldron
- under Kallikantzaroi’s rotting tree
- an indoor parade of “creatures and their unearthly followers”
- storytellers sharing winter folklore
- new food
- “Krampus’ Snow Globe” dessert
- Grýla’s Char
- Chicken Souvlakichos

The “Krampus & Kin” activations will operate in addition to the four haunted houses of Universal Horror Unleashed (“Universal Monsters,” “Scarecrow: The Reaping,” “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre,” and “Blumhouse’s The Exorcist: Believer”).

“We are excited to bring these creatures of the the dark yule to life at Universal Horror Unleashed,” said Kim Scott, general manager. “Whether guests are braving the experience as part of their Las Vegas itinerary, or booking an ultimate Las Vegas holiday party, this limited-time experience offers a unique blend of folklore, food, and fright, making it the perfect holiday experience for those who crave something new this holiday season.”
Universal previously used Krampus in a haunted house during 2016’s Halloween Horror Nights and a 2022 overlay of Islands of Adventure’s All Hallows Eve Boutique.
