A new Krispy Kreme Doughnuts location is set to open in Central Florida on Tuesday, July 31. This new location can be found on 7930 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee, Fla., near Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
Surprise Golden Tickets will be randomly tucked into dozen boxes, and are good for one free dozen Original Glazes doughnuts every month for a year at this new location. Check to see if you got a golden ticket in your purchased dozen doughnut boxes from 6 a.m. – 11 p.m. on July 31.
This new shop is approximately, 3,700 square feet, and features a classic Krispy Kreme atmosphere. The shop will offer coffee and over a dozen of the brand’s doughnuts, including the signature Original Glazed. The shop will employ 50 full- and part-time team members, and produce up to 250 dozen doughnuts per hour.
“Krispy Kreme has been in the Central Florida market for decades and it is still incredible to see how well our brand resonates with Orlando doughnut and coffee fans,” said Jenny Bellanca, vice president of operations for Florida Family Foods, LLC, franchisee of Krispy Kreme. “As Krispy Kreme continues its growth throughout the country, we are excited to bring new shops, new jobs and a number of delicious new products to the Central Florida community.”
A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 1, with Krispy Kreme team members and local dignitaries in attendance.
