‘Lando’ Star Wars Series in early development for Disney+

With the massive success of the “The Mandalorian” on Disney+, and with Disney’s quality-first business strategy, comes the next set of Star Wars offerings to Disney’s streaming service. Currently in early development, ‘Lando,’ is an upcoming Star Wars series exclusive to Disney+.

Justin Simien, creator of the critically-acclaimed “Dear White People” and a huge Star Wars fan, is in the early stages of developing the project. While not confirmed, it can be assumed that Donald Glover will reprise his role.
