The park offered a highly-discounted $25 single-day ticket for one weekend only, with $10 of each ticket donated to the American Red Cross. This discount resulted in a donation of $126,760 to support relief and recovery efforts of those in the aftermath of the hurricane.

Legoland Florida also served as a collection point, gathering a total of 4,500 pounds of items including nonperishable goods, water, toiletries, baby products, radios, batteries, candles, and bedding. Everything that was donated will go directly to those in The Bahamas who were impacted by Hurricane Dorian.

  1. That doesn’t seem like a lot of money but I’m glad they are doing this. Publix alone have 1 million dollars in donations to Hurricane Dorian relief efforts. Better than nothing right?
