Legoland Florida is celebrating Heroes Weekend this Labor Day

Heroes Weekend at Legoland Florida Resort will be presented by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Sept. 5-7, 2020 to educate kids and their families about safety in a fun and playful way.

During the three-day-only special event (which is included with general theme park admission or an annual pass), kids can meet Lego Doctor Max and Lego Policeman in a safe and physically distant way. They can also see the firefighter stilt walkers and learn what it takes to be a hero themselves.

Families can participate in fun activities and attractions throughout the theme park, like building a Lego City mosaic brick-by-brick and catching a showing of Legoland’s newest 4D movie, “The Lego City 4D: Officer in Pursuit” at the Fun Town 4D Theater. Plus, they can stop by the National Fire Protection Association Awareness Table to learn how they can minimize risk in their daily lives and help prevent accidents at home from fire, electrical, and other hazards, including important information about COVID-19.
