The main course is titled “Be Prepared”, and includes your choice of two entrées: Bone-In Ribeye with hibiscus, nettles and regular or Lobster Sosatie with red shrimp, squid, mussels, and fragrant rice.

The third course, called “Hakuna Matata”, celebrate Simba’s balance as he grows up and takes his place as King of the Pride Lands. This dessert features caramelized orange, chocolate choux, and foliage.

Finish off with “Can You Feel the Love Tonight?”, a selection of friandeses and teas to end the meal.

This limited-time offering will be available during dinner at Jiko starting June 30 in addition to the restaurant’s regular menu. Pricing is $65 per person before tax and gratuity, with the option to add on your choice of two levels of wine pairings at an additional cost.
