A look inside the scare zones of Halloween Horror Nights 24 at Universal Orlando
Halloween Horror Nights starts this Friday Sept. 19, 2014, but we were able to attend the Team Member Preview on Wednesday to bring you this look inside the four Street Experiences this year.
Face Off – In the Flesh
If you’re a fan of the SyFy channel show “Face Off”, you’ll love this scare zone. If you’re not, you’ll probably still love it. There are a lot of photo opportunities here. You can easily get some selfies with some crazy characters.
Here’s the official description: Your worst nightmares come to life as you’re surrounded by twisted and gruesome creatures created by some of the most talented up-and-coming make-up artists today.
The Purge – Anarchy
This is a very large scare zone. It pretty much takes up the whole New York area of the park. In addition to some crazy people running around with chainsaws and other weapons, you’ll get to see a mini show and hear some frightening messages right from the Purge movies.
Once you enter the Purge you’ll be lucky just to survive the night. Anyone’s a victim, everyone’s a killer, as masked maniacs rule the night in this experience based on the hit movies.
MASKerade: Unstitched
This original story scare zone features dancers at a ball. They may look elegant from afar, but wait until you get a close look.
A glamorous masquerade ball is revealed to be a macabre dance of death. When the masks come off and the stitches are ripped away you’ll find that beauty may be skin deep, but horror oozes from much deeper.
Bayou of Blood
This scare zone has guests coming face to face with some very scary and crazy individuals. Look out for the voodoo queen of the bayou.
Venture into the Louisiana bayou where practitioners of voodoo are seeking unwilling victims for the night’s ritual sacrifice. Will you make it out alive, or will your blood be spilled on the sacrificial altar?
