Marilyn Monroe announces brand-new coaster coming to Movie Park Germany in 2021

Hollywood icon Marilyn Monroe just delivered a major announcement on behalf of Movie Park Germany. In celebration of the German theme park’s 25th anniversary, an all-new Multi Dimension Coaster by Intamin Amusement Rides will open in 2021.

The Hollywood-themed attraction features both forward and backward launches reaching up to 60 kilometers per hour (about 37 miles per hour). Mostly a dark ride, it also includes various multimedia elements like screens, sound effects and wind machines.

Construction is expected to begin late October, once all tracks and rail parts are secured.

The teaser above shows Marilyn Monroe delivering a large freight to the Movie Park Germany, hinting at the new roller coaster.

As far as the theming is concerned, we can already reveal that visitors will be transported into the world of the famous Hollywood Studios like never before, boosting our Movie Park Germany brand. The new coaster will perfectly match the DNA of our park and our motto ‘Hollywood in Germany’.”
