Marvel Comics joins Disney 100 Years of Wonder with Disney100 variant covers
Marvel Comics is getting in on next year’s big Disney 100 Years of Wonder celebration with Disney100 variant covers featuring Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, and more.
The year-long Disney100 variant program (12 covers in total) will celebrate Marvel’s past, present, and future by putting a Disney twist on iconic Marvel Comics moments, including Captain America assembling Earth’s Mightiest Heroes in Avengers #4, as well as the debut issues of Fantastic Four (featuring the Fab Four), and The Incredible Hulk.
Starting Jan. 11, 2023, fans can look forward to a new first-of-its-kind Disney100 variant cover each month on issues of Amazing Spider-Man (also available in black and white versions).
The first three Marvel Comics Disney100 variant covers are:
- Amazing Spider-Man #17 Disney100 Variant Cover by Lorenzo Pastrovicchio with Colors by Valeria De Sanctis (Arancia Studios) – on sale Jan. 11, 2023.
- Amazing Spider-Man #19 Disney100 Variant Cover by Giada Perissinotto with colors by Chiara Di Francia (Arancia Studios) – on sale Feb. 8, 2023.
- Amazing Spider-Man #21 Disney100 Variant Cover by Vitale Mangiatordi with colors by Valeria De Sanctis (Arancia Studios) – on sale March 8, 2023.
