The worlds of superheroes and snacks collide in a historic new partnership as Marvel and the Oreo brand officially unveil Marvel Oreo cookies, a first-of-its-kind collaboration that transforms the iconic sandwich cookie into a collectible celebration of Marvel fandom.

Branded as the Marvel Oreo Stuf of Legends Cookies, this limited-edition release marks the largest special-edition launch in Oreo history, featuring 32 unique Marvel character embossments across a single product line (see all 32 below). From legendary Avengers to Spider-Verse villains, Marvel Oreo cookies are designed to be both a fan collectible and a next-level snack experience. The nationwide release date for these Marvel Oreos is Feb. 2, 2026.
Color-changing crème
For the first time ever, Oreo has created a color-changing crème filling that starts gray and transitions to blue as you eat it, creating a playful, immersive experience that feels straight out of a comic book transformation sequence.
Each cookie is embossed with one of 32 Marvel designs, turning every package into a mystery assortment for collectors and fans. Adding to the collectible appeal, the packaging artwork is illustrated by Marvel Comics artist Todd Nauck, giving the boxes and wrappers the look and feel of premium comic book covers rather than traditional snack packaging.

Marvel Oreo cookies: The fourth pack?
According to the product’s press release, “So far, only three pack variations are set to hit shelves, with an elusive fourth pack still en route for delivery, but Marvel’s mischievous villains are blocking the delivery trucks from ever arriving. That’s where the fans come in.”
Beginning on Feb. 2, Marvel and the Oreo brand invite fans to assemble and guide a fleet of delivery trucks, ensuring the prized fourth pack reaches its destination while thwarting the evil force derailing its journey. Fans can enter and unite to guide the fleet across the country by scanning the QR code on the Marvel Oreo Stuf of Legends Cookie Packs or visiting MarvelOREOStufOfLegends.com.

After registering for the promotion, participants can vote on which route the truck should take and “scan” the routes to uncover any dangers. Each vote and route scan earns entries into a sweepstakes drawing for the chance to win a $1,400 check, a $500 Disney.com gift card, and $100 Oreo.com digital code, which the winner may use to create their very own “Marvel Oreo Command Center,” which could include a gaming center, Marvel merchandise, and Oreo snacks.

Marvel Oreo cookies special-edition packs will be available for presale starting on Jan. 26, at Oreo.com/UnwrapTheCollab, with a nationwide retail launch beginning on Feb. 2. These will be available for a limited time, while supplies last.
