‘Mickey & Friends x Camp: An Extra Big Adventure’ immersive experience opens in New York City

“Mickey & Friends x Camp: An Extra Big Adventure” family-friendly immersive play world will open on May 28, 2022 at Camp retail and media center’s flagship 5th Avenue store.

Inspired by Disney’s “sensational six” group of characters (Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Pluto, and Goofy) Camp family experience company will soon open its Magic Door on this first-of-its-kind themed experience.

Participants will be guided through a narrative-driven, interactive adventure by a Camp Counselor, immersing families in Disney magic as they slide, zip, bounce, and dance through themed environments.

There are lots of photo opportunities, too, as guests enjoy the entertainment behind the Magic Door.

“Mickey & Friends x Camp: An Extra Big Adventure” will be the first of several Disney-themed experiences Camp will launch in 2022, and after its time at the 5th Avenue outlet, the experience will travel to other Camp locations across the country.

Exclusive pre-sale tickets are now available for online purchase for D23 and Disney Vacation Club members. Tickets will become available to the general public starting April 15, 2022.

The one-hour immersive experience is appropriate for ages two and up, and includes flashing lights and loud noises.
