Celebrate Mickey Mouse’s 90th birthday this weekend at Magic Kingdom

Mickey Mouse is celebrating his 90th anniversary this weekend, and Walt Disney World is gearing up to celebrate!

Guests can take part in the fun Nov. 16-18, 2018 at Magic Kingdom with limited-time entertainment, specialty food and beverage options, new merchandise, and more.

Some of the special entertainment will include show enhancements and musical moments in honor of Mickey’s big day, as well as a Tomorrowland Birthday Celebration Dance Party (only offered on Nov. 17-18). Guests can also stop by Town Square Theatre to sign Mickey’s birthday card and wish him a happy birthday!

A variety of specialty food items can be found throughout the park during the celebration, like the Birthday Bash Push Pop – filed with birthday cake pastry cream and layered with cake crumbles, buttercream, and glitter sprinkles.

Other delicious offerings include a burger with a Mickey bun, a confetti Mickey pretzel, and a Minnie Kitchen Sink Sundae. Be sure to check out our Ultimate Foodie Guide to Mickey’s birthday at the Disney Parks for all the celebratory snacks.

Limited merchandise items will be available to commemorate the occasion, as well as a brand-new collection where Disney artist pay tribute to Mickey with deluxe prints, limited edition gallery wraps, note cards, and a tote. Special artist singings will take place from 6-8 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

There will also be a special pop-up Mickey Mouse merchandise event at Magic Kingdom at 7:30 a.m. on Nov. 16 – just for Annual Passholders! Details will be shared soon.
