The gastronomic meal will feature a starter cocktail, hors d’oeuvres, a fish course, a meat course, a cheese course, and will finish with dessert. Monsieur Paul offers an elegant yet accessible offering of classic French dishes such as escargot cassolette, snapper in potato scales with thyme sauce, chicken fricassee, and a Vacherin classique with meringue, vanilla ice cream, raspberry sorbet, vanilla Chantilly, and raspberry coulis.

Pricing has not yet been released and reservations are not open at this time. The restaurant is operated by a company owned by Jerome Bocuse, son of acclaimed Chef Paul Bocuse, whose first American affiliated restaurant was Chefs De France which opened downstairs at Epcot in 1982.

Chef Paul Bocuse was named Chef of the Century in 2011 by The Culinary Institute of America after achieving three Michelin stars for more than 50 years. Bocuse served as the inspiration for Auguste Gusteauā€™s character in “Ratatouille,” making this restaurantā€™s reopening exceptionally special as the France Pavilion returns to its full operation.

The restaurant has been closed since the start of the pandemic in 2020. Monsieur Paul is a Disney Signature Dining experience offering fine dining. Guests are expected to dress accordingly in attire that adheres to the restaurant’s sophisticated and upscale aesthetic. No children under 10 are allowed. Once available, reservations are recommended at DisneyWorld.com.
