New buses with new designs rolling out at Disney World – Orange Bird, Zootopia, and more

Walt Disney World is adding 90 brand-new vehicles to their bus fleet this year, and many will be wrapped in new fun designs. Look for Zootopia and Ratatouille buses starting today.

Among other new designs you may spot throughout the year are Orange Bird, 101 Dalmatians, Chip ‘n’ Dale, Figment, and more. Disney World has had most of their buses wrapped in fun designs for many years, so these new ones will join the ones you may have already seen. Disney hasn’t announced if any of the old designs are being replaced.

Not only do the new buses have a new look, but Disney is also adding updated accessibility features for guests using mobility devices to make the boarding process smoother. They didn’t give details on what exactly those are, but they did provide this photo:

In an email to Attraction Magazine, Disney stated, “We look forward to seeing you and our guests sit back, relax, and spend quality time with friends and family as you’re whisked away by one of over 3,000 Disney Transportation cast members in our brand-new buses and other exciting modes of Disney Transportation. Keep your eyes open for the new wraps and others debuting over the coming months!”

A good place to spot new Disney bus designs, besides on Walt Disney World property, is at Disney Springs. But not all buses may run to Disney Springs.
