New online Lost and Found system comes to Walt Disney World Resort

A new online lost and found system has launched at Walt Disney World Resort.

If you happen to lose something during your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort, never fear – a new online Lost and Found system has launched to help guests track down their lost items.

Through the use of Chargerback, a lost and found software, you simply have to fill out an online report of the lost item and provide your contact information, and the Disney team can immediately start looking.

Once you fill out the online form, you’ll receive an email notification with your lost item claim number. The Disney team will look for the item and provide an email update within 48 hours. As the search continues, Disney will reach out if they believe they have found the item, or if they need more information.

This new system also goes for items lost at Disney Springs, ESPN Wide World of Sports, any modes of Disney transportation, Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon or Disney’s Blizzard Beach water parks, and even Disney’s Magical Express.
